(CALVARY CHAPEL TREASURE VALLEY – MULTI-PURPOSE ASSEMBLY ROOM AND OFFICE SPACE) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase. To convert an existing 2,285 square foot shell tenant space to a multi-purpose assembly room and offices to be used by a church. A code compliant means of egress from the common toilet room core area was created under permit BLD18-03509. Work is to include a 102 square foot elevated sound booth area and a 182 square foot elevated stage. Both areas will be elevated 7 inches above the general floor level. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**

Back on May 7, 2018, Andrea Tuning in Planning noted that a Conditional Use Permit was required for this church use in this zone. She noted that the applicant was contacted. Andrea is in transition to a new position so she is no longer your contact in Planning for this project.

I recommend that you contact Leon Letson in Planning at ###-#### to determine the next steps for getting Planning approval.
