I noticed notice that the drawings show 2009 IRC codes and 2012 energy codes. We are now complying with the 2015 IRC and Energy codes so they will need to be changed. Also the parcel has a SFD on it right now so you will need a demo permit for that in order to received the credit for impact fees or you can include the valuation for the demo on this permit.
