done in 2012 IRC-so needs to redo that, also need to put the sq ft info for both townhouses. The minimum scales are called out in the checklist. They are as follows:
Plot Plan – min. 1 inch = 20 feet (1/20 inch = 1 foot). Other acceptable common scales for plot plans are 1/8 and 1/16.
Elevations – min. 1/8 inch = 1 foot
All other plans – min. 1/4 inch = 1 foot
please re do the sheets correctly and sign off on your task. Once it comes back to us we will do the prescreen
