Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: removal of select walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select raised floor, removal of select decorative columns and arches, removal of select interior windows, removal of select millwork, removal of select interior awnings, removal and new select interior furnishings, removal of select exterior entry roof assembly, removal of select exterior entry awning, removal of select exterior entry roof overhang, construction of new entry tower with a canopy, select new tower footings, select new roof assembly, select new exterior entry stone veneer, construction of select interior non-bearing walls, select new wall infill, select new door/door frames, new accessible bar top area, millwork, select new ceiling soffits, select new suspended acoustic ceiling, select new light fixtures, electrical work, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. Note: special inspection required; see attached form #310. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
