(MICROSOFT BOISE – 6th FLOOR) Permit to remodel approx. 5,000 sq. ft. area within an existing 13,089 square foot whole floor tenant space located on the 14,191 sq. ft. 6th floor of an existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, removal of select plumbing fixtures, removal of select suspended and gypsum ceiling, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create conference room, a multipurpose room, a phone room, (2) storage rooms, a lounge area, a closet, a reception area, a breakout area and a break area, changing a storage room into a mothers room, select new door/doorframe, new interior storefront windows, millwork, select new plumbing fixtures, new Hi/Lo drinking fountain, select new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

Fire sprinkler inspection for area of work complete, fire alarm inspection for area of work complete, fire extinguishers are placed with current inspection tags in area of work. Fire alarm panel for building had troubles at time of inspection, troubles need to be repaired and fire panel needs to show normal before life fire safety can be finaled, all other items for life fire safety inspection is complete.
