Thanks for talking with me this morning about the project as a follow up to our conversation the following revisions are needed prior to approval of the building permit.
1. The roof drainage system cannot be piped across property lines to the privately owned stormwater pond. Please revise the drawing to eliminate the concentrated flow.
2. Please update the design infiltration rate
3. Please revise the groundwater clearance note to 60” of separation with ASTM C-33 sand as per the City’s stormwater manual.
4. For residential homes there is not inspection required on seepage beds from the City. The engineer’s letter of approval of the grading and drainage provided at the completion of the project is sufficient.

I have received the shallow injection well form and added it to the permit documents.
