Prior to obtaining a final for the permit, the roof storm drainage system must be inspected by Public Works. Call Melissa Jannusch at ###-####.

The final inspection of the site grading and drainage work shall be done by the design engineer. Written approval shall be submitted to Boise Public Works prior to the issuance of the building final.

The following are the revisions requested for hillside review of 146 W skylark Drive BLD18-02185. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to discuss the revisions more.

1. Please have the geotechnical engineer comment on the suitability of the location of the swales and provide any recommendations to protect downslope homes and structures. Infiltration testing will be required if the area proposed for infiltration is not free draining materials.
2. Have the geotechnical engineer comment if the setbacks for the most recent grading plan meet the setback specifications provided in the geotechnical report.
3. Coordinate with structural engineer to match details for the retaining walls and ensure that the retaining wall heights and embedment depth of the retaining walls are consistent in the grading plans, the structural engineering plans, and the structural engineering calculations.
4. Provide bottom of footing heights for the retaining walls on the grading plan.
5. Please update the landscape plan to match the grading plan. Include revegetation recommendations for the southern slope area in the rear of the home as it will be disturb by grading activities.
