**(VANILLA – SUITE #110)** (2 BUILDING PERMITS UNDER BLD18-02488 IN EPLAN) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 3,815 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this vacant tenant space is to be 1,566 sq. ft. and the remaining vacant tenant space is to be 2,249 sq. ft. created under BLD18-02488. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces, construction of new walls to create (2) new accessible restrooms, select new door/door frames, new Hi/Lo drinking fountain, new plumbing fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
