Description	(JEFFERSON WEST APARTMENTS) A PRE-CONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE WITH THE BUILDING INSPECTOR IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ANY RECONSTRUCTION. Permit to remove and replace the existing siding, windows and exterior doors on (2) two-story buildings and (2) three-story buildings. The three-story buildings are Type VA construction with 1-hour rated exterior walls and corridors. The two-story buildings are Type VB construction with rated corridors.
