(VILLAGE CHARTER SCHOOL – BUILDING 2) Permit is to remodel an existing 9,800 sq. ft. educational/assembly building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select existing gym wall opening infill, removal of select door/door frame, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a resource room, an office, a smaller computer lab, (3) multi-age classrooms, a hallway and a vestibule, new door/door frames, new accessible 2” sloped elevation change at vestibule, relocate existing light fixtures, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. Note: plumbing fixture count in conjunction with adjacent building operating together and adjacent building shall be made available at all times the gym is occupied, per agreement letter under BLD16-00161. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
