**(5280 SOLUTIONS – SUITE #100)** (2 PERMITS FILED UNDER BLD18-02563 IN EPLANREVIEW) Permit is to remodel an existing 9,970 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this tenant space is to be 6,846 sq. ft. and the remaining 3,124 sq. ft. is to be an unoccupied tenant space created under BLD18-02633. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal and relocation of select door/door frame, construction of select interior nonbearing wall infill to demise tenant spaces, install new Hi/Lo drinking fountain, relocated ice maker, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
