(ISOSTORE, INC - VICTORY BUILDING) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area. Permit is to construct tenant improvements within a new 21,885 sq. ft. building shell (Shell under BLD17-00763) to make a 2,800 sq. ft. tenant space for office and fabrication use (220 sq. ft. office area + 2,322 sq. ft. fabrication area). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to make an open office, an accessible restroom, a production area and a 1-hour rated finishing room, select new door/door frames, new gypsum ceiling, light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. Note: Spray booth and dust collection system are future items and not part of this permit, tenant shall apply for permit when these items are to be installed. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
