(IRON MULE – COFFEE ROASTERS) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To remodel an existing 4,486 square foot building to roast coffee beans and to produce/package cold brew coffee. A 185 square foot room in the front of the building will be used for future sales of packaged coffee beans and merchandise. There will be no food service or coffee service to the public in this building. Work is to include installing a 10KG gas coffee roster and a 2KG gas coffee roster, connecting the flues, and venting the flue through the roof to the outside. Precautions shall be taken so that only one roster will operate at a time. A 361 square foot walk-in cooler will be installed and a 4 inch thick concrete topping slab having a floor area of about 93 square feet will be placed at an area that will be used for future stainless steel tanks presumably used for beer production. A new ramp and landing accessible to the disabled will be installed on the exterior side of the East exterior door. Lever hardware will be installed on existing doors. A separate permit is required for racking over 8 feet tall. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
