Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, construction of interior non-bearing walls to make an office, a hall and open office area, select new door/door frame, select new interior window, suspended acoustic panels, light fixtures, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered.
