JAR // Permit for a first time tenant improvement for a 2,540 sq. ft. hair and nail salon in the west tenant space of a new 5,190 sq ft shell space constructed under BLD17-03282. Note: sitework and exterior lighting was approved with the shell permit. Work to include: interior concrete slab; insulation in exterior walls and attic; insulated, non-rated tenant demising wall; non-bearing interior partition walls and doors; millwork; two fully accessible restrooms; electrical, interior lighting, mechanical, and plumbing; and interior finishes in compliance with Chapter 8 of the 2015 IBC. Energy compliance with the 2015 IECC included in this permit for building envelope, interior lighting, and mechanical. This building will have an approved Fire Alarm system. The Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
