Good Afternoon John,

I just received your plans form public works. I have reviewed the house you submitted for BLD18-02693. I have calculated the fire area per direction obtained from ICC. Your fire area square footage is 4,613. You can provide adequate fire flow for this square footage with 1,750 GPM. You indicated below that the fire flow was 1,750 however when I reviewed the file we do not have any documentation for this lot indicating this. If you can provide the letter indicating you have the 1,750 sq ft I can approve the fire flow.

The other item in the fire plan review report was to resubmit a site plan showing the 30’ defensible space required for WUI Zone A.

Please submit 2 copies of the documents below and I will get your permit taken care of.
