(VANILLA - BELMONT PLAZA) **NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR PERMIT PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. ** Permit is to remodel an existing 15,388 sf existing vanilla space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (2) offices, a break room, (2) accessible restrooms, a hallway, a janitor’s closet, a storage room partition wall and a vestibule, new Hi/Lo drinking fountain, select new door/door frames, millwork, select new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work create and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. Note special inspection required see form 310 attached in small documents. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

A temporary for life safety is being given with Ron's approval until the racking permit is addressed. Also high piled storage is an issue at this time with plastics exceeding 6'. I'm also have the fire alarm contractor add a horn/strobe in an Office turned Conference Room.
