**(VANILLA – SUITE #140)** NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 4,666 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this unoccupied tenant space is to be 1,363 sq. ft. and the remaining 3,306 sq. ft. is to be an occupied office tenant space created under BLD18-02757. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select wall for new interior opening, removal of select door/door frame, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
