(MUSIC 208 – HILTON BUSINESS BUILDING) The fire sprinkler system is used for the windowless basement. To remodel an existing 4,460 square foot office building (2,280 square feet basement and 2,280 square feet 1st story) for a new tenant. Pony walls will create an office on the 1st story. A recording studio will be created in the basement. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, and an interior window. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This building has never been approved as an events center or as a child care facility. The maximum occupant load of 30 is required to be posted on a sign near the main exit. This approval is temporary. A re-evaluation is required for any changes to the use by this tenant or for a new tenant. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
