Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: concrete slab, construction of interior non-bearing walls to make a closet, a conference/break room, a hall, (2) offices, open office area and (2) accessible restrooms, new door/door frames, millwork, Hi/Lo drinking fountain, suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. Note: Special Inspection is required, see attached 310 form. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
