Ceilings have been removed in 3 areas, pendant fire sprinkler heads still in place, pendant heads need to be removed and plugged, a permit will be required for any sprinkler modifications. Fire extinguisher needs to have annual inspection performed and tagged with a current inspection tag.

Rachel is the new owner of Ripple Lifestyle Boutique and came into get the permit tranfered into her name so she can get the occupancy.
Informed her to get a letter from the parcel owner to allow her to take over and for her to act as her own GC. Had her fill out a new application and informed her there will be a name tranfer fee.
