(WETZEL’S PRETZELS – BOISE TOWN SQUARE – SPACE 1147) Permit is to remodel an existing 940 sq. ft. tenant space for food business use. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of storefront gazing and roll-up gate, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, removal od=f select light fixtures, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a food storage and kitchen area, new kitchen equipment, counters, a new 2’ x 2’ concrete pad, select new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, select new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Note: This facility includes an engineered smoke control system throughout the mall, any modifications to smoke and/or fire dampers shall be reviewed and approved by the mall engineer, the smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. **JG**
