Please e-mail the stamped inspection approval letter to mjannusch@cityofboise.org and allow 24 hours for subgrade approval processing. Call Melissa Jannusch at ###-#### with questions.

Prior to obtaining a final for the permit, the roof storm drainage system must be inspected by Public Works. Call Melissa Jannusch at ###-####.

The final inspection of the site grading and drainage work shall be done by the design engineer. Written approval shall be submitted to Boise Public Works prior to the issuance of the building final.

Hi Kristine,

Before I can pass the hillside grading review for BLD18-02892 for 5025 N Corralero ln, I will need the following:

1. Please provide retaining wall calculations for all walls greater than four feet (measured from bottom of footing to top of wall) or greater than two feet that is containing a surcharge (slope or structure behind the wall). Both walls for this project will require engineering.
2. Provide the site suitability letter from MTI dated July 17, 2018

Please provide two copies of the documents to the PDS front counter as resubmittals for the project.
