There will be deferred engineering submittals for the steel stairs. All work per plans, notations, attachments, engineering, local codes & ordinances. Separate electrical, plumbing & mechanical permits required. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
