Permit is to remodel an existing 1,044 sq. ft. building previously occupied by “Eat a Burger” under microfiche #962461. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: remove existing roofing materials and prepare roof for new rigid insulation and TPO roof membrane, remove roof exhaust fan and infill roof assembly, replace attic access door, replace existing roof top unit with a new like roof top unit, replace glazing in existing store front door, removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of select millwork, removal of select kitchen hoods, removal of select gypsum ceiling, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to make a room and a dinning/kitchen dividing wall, new select plumbing fixtures at restroom, adding to existing restrooms a new vertical grab bar, a new toilet, a new sink, and lever door hardware, replace existing mop sink, replacing existing drive-up windows, new suspended acoustic ceiling, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC.
