**(HALLOWEEN CITY – RETAIL SALES) (Temporary Use Permit)** Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the temporary issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 13,967 sq. ft. tenant space to be used for seasonal retail sales and the adjacent 5,742 sq. ft. adjacent vanilla tenant space (7550 W Fairview Ave) for the use of the restroom only. This space was previously occupied by “Hastings” under BLD02-00161 then approved for a vanilla unoccupied space under BLD18-01089. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. This permit is to allow use of this existing space and the adjacent vanilla tenant space for a set amount days and expires on 11/22/2018. Note: the vanilla tenant space adjacent to Halloween City will be used for the restrooms only and does not allow for any storage or other use, the adjacent vanilla space and Halloween City shall be required to comply with means of egress illumination, emergency lighting and exit signs, there shall be a sign at the Halloween City customer service desk letting anyone know the where the restrooms are located and a key or Halloween City personal monitoring access the restroom shall be available upon request (See attached letters from property manager and Halloween City), in case of an emergency the existing rear exit door is equipped with panic exit hardware. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
