Description	(PHILLIPI PLAZA APARTMENTS – BUILDING #2) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To remove the existing exterior windows and doors of an existing 2 story with basement apartment building having a floor area of about 6,096 square feet per story and 24 total units and to install new exterior windows (double pane vinyl having a U-factor of .32 max.), sliding glass doors (tempered double pane vinyl having a U-factor of .32 max.) and side-hinged swinging doors (insulated steel having a fire-protection-rating of at least 20 minutes or the rating of the replaced door, whichever is greater). In addition, to remove existing trim and to install new fiber cement siding over the existing siding. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This is a scope of work permit only.
