(ART HAUS) TEMPORARY OCCUPANCY PERMIT through February 2019. There are (2) building permits associated with these plans. (See BLD18-03453). Permit is to divide existing restaurant into two temporary separate tenant spaces. The tenant space totals 1,558 sq ft. This space was previously occupied by "Angel’s Bar and Grill" (BLD13-01882). Minor work to add non-bearing walls and doors to divided tenant spaces was approved under this permit. Construction materials shall be non-combustible. There will be no change to the occupancy. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
