Please provide the following to complete the prescreen for your application:
1) The owner of record needs to sign form #304 - Registered Design Professional. Cliff Hieb does not appear to be the property owner for this parcel. Have a representative from the Roman Catholic Diocese of Boise sign this form.
2) The checklist notes a minimum sheet size of 18"x24". There are several drawings (E-1 through E03 and Structural) that are 11"x17" which does not meet our minimum standard. Please provide all drawing sheets on the minimum sheet size.
3) The Verification of Legal Lot or Parcel Form could not be located in the Documents folder. Please provide a signed and approved from by the PDS Subdivision Staff. You can contact Sue Cummings at ###-#### for the approval signature.
4) The Site specific fire flow at hydrants from Suez water could not be located in the documents folder. Please provide the letter from Suez. You can contact the Suez Engineering Department at ###-#### for more information.
5) Sheets are required to have a space reserved for City approval stamps as specified in the Electronic Plans Submittal Standards. Revise sheets with a blank 4” x 2” space (4"x4" space on Title Sheet) located 3” off the right sheet edge to allow for the title block. Verify all sheets have the required space for city approval stamp.
6) Update the codes to the current codes. The codes listed on sheet C303 are incorrect. The city of Boise has currently adopted the 2015 IECC and the 2017 NEC.
