Permit for the construction of a new 3861 sq. ft., two story (first story 2273 sq. ft., second story 1588 sq. ft.) single family dwelling with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, approximately 905 sq. ft. of covered patio/porch and a 971 sq. ft. attached garage per the approved plans and any notations. R-1B zoning and setbacks per planning. Prescriptive Energy Code is proposed. ***BJM*** A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection. All disturbed slopes included in the construction of this project must be stabilized and approved by Public Works before a Final Occupancy Permit is granted. If weather conditions prohibit revegetation and stabilization activities, the contractor shall provide a bond/surety agreement or an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of 110% of the cost estimated by the project engineer to enable stabilization of the site. Spoke with John about the Grading Plan lacking a few elevations that would clarify what was done. The "Retaining walls by others" were installed by Rock Placement and has engineering which he will email to me. The retaining walls by others follow the contour of the slope and are not dug in at the noted BW elevation or remain at the TW elevation on the plans.

C1-1_Drainage Plan with a stamp date of 9-12-2018 is the most recent grading and drainage plan.
