Work to include: repair and replacement of damaged siding; demolition of egress balcony, demolition of existing exterior stair and stair guardrails; installation of new egress balcony, stair structure, stairs, and guardrails at stairs and balconies. Special inspections required per attached Form 310. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering.
