The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The existing common core area is required to be maintained and no alterations to the common core area are allowed under this permit. The fire sprinkler system is used for high rise and for story increase.The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **JAR**
