2. This permit application is for the Shell/Core of the full building area. It appears that there is a bike retail tenant for a portion of the building. If you'd like a Certificate of Occupancy for that tenant, please provide a PDF of a second 520 application with the square footage, occupant load, business name, and value specific to the bike retail space.
3. On Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Landscape sheets, leave 4" x 2" blank space located 3" off the right sheet edge for City electronic stamp.
