Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of nonbearing demising wall, interior concrete slab, construction of interior non-bearing walls to make (3) offices, a conference/break room, (2) accessible restrooms, IT closet, a hall, open office area, a reception area and a warehouse area, new door/door frames, millwork, Hi/Lo drinking fountain, new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
