Conducted fire life safety inspection.
Existing office door hardware needs to be changed to latch (they currently are round).Rear door e-light failed. Missing exit sign in hall (had paper placard on wall at end of hall). Rear door is a double door. One door has crash bar, 2nd door has flush slide bolts to keep door closed. After talking with Carl Madsen about storage double doors, the flush bolt is ok because of there not being any door hardware on the inoperable door. Sent a text to Lloyd.

1. Keynote #18 on sheet A1.0 still states a new exterior door. This will still require a DR approval. If no new exterior doors are being replaced, this must be clearly noted on the plans. Provide letter of approval from Planning and Zoning for the removal of the exterior double door and infill with wall and single door. Any exterior modifications to a building require P&Z approval.
