(TUCANOS BRAZILLIAN GRILL) Permit is to remodel an existing 7,995 sq. ft. restaurant. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file, Zoning Certificate CZC18-00261, attached design engineering and plan review report. Work to include: removal of select exterior storefront window and replace with storefront doors within the same opening, removal of exterior patio railing, removal of select concrete slab, removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of salad bar/grill/bar wall finish and replace with new wall finish, removal of interior booth/non-bearing column/awning, removal of kitchen FRP and replace with new FRP finish, removal of kitchen floor and install new floor waterproof membrane and finish, construction of interior design walls to create a private dining area with sliding wood doors and an openable door/door frame, new design footing foundation at the new enclosed conditioned patio area, design construction to enclose the patio area with walls and new storefront windows/door, new exterior stucco/tile finish at the patio area, repair any damaged kitchen walls, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
