This modification is to add in the needed repairs to the entry canopy, the canopy had a major roof leak and ruined most of the GYP sheathing causing the ceiling to start to collapse. We removed the damaged portion and would like to refinish the entry canopy back to it's original condition.

Noted that caulking used is a fire block and not a UL listed fire stop. Contractor to insatll correct materials and will reinspect this afternoon. A correction notice was also issued to fire stop all tub drains and plumbing penetrations for new lavs on the 3rd and 4th floors, to maintain the exisiting fire protection.
