Fire alarm modifications are required due to new wall layout. Upright heads in south open office are painted, heads will need to be changed. 1) Electrical plan sheets have a logo located in the space reserved for City approval stamps as specified in the Electronic Plans Submittal Standards. Revise sheets with a blank 4” x 2” space located 3” off the right sheet edge to allow for the title block. Verify ALL plan sheets have the required space for city approval stamp.
2) Upload a planning and zoning letter of approval for the exterior storefront modifications to tenant space. All exterior improvements require a zoning certificate in a design overlay district. Contact Kaycee Babb for more information ###-####
3) Building envelope alterations: Since a new exterior storefront is being installed: provide specifications for the U-Factor / SHGC that complies with 2015 IECC for the storefront system.
4) Several electrical sheets are missing the electrical engineer's stamp. All sheets should be stamped/signed by the design professional.
5) The certificate of value is incomplete on your application. There is fire sprinkler modification, electrical and mechanical work specified on your plans. Please provide an approximate value for these items. You can upload a form #306 found on our website and upload to the documents folder.
