(CLICKBANK – STEVEN’S HENAGAR BUILDING – 4TH FLOOR – SUITE #410) The fire sprinkler system is used for height and story increase. Permit is to remodel within an existing 15,407 sq. ft. whole floor tenant space on the fourth floor. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior wall for ne door opening, removal of select door/door frame and relocate, new construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (3) offices and a conference room, select wall infill, select new door/ door frame, relocate and install select light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical wok and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
