1) Provide a completed checklist #518 - Minor Tenant Improvement Submittal Checklist.
2) Provide a completed Form #304 – Registered Design Professional form.
3) Provide Erosion & Sediment Control (ESC) Plan Waiver Request Letter.
4) All drawings shall be stamped and signed by an Idaho licensed architect or engineer.
5) The drawings provided to not meet the minimum size requirements. Plans shall be drawn to scale on 18”x24” minimum size plan sheets. Reference the checklist and our Eplan submittal guidelines on our website: https://pds.cityofboise.org/media/464072/pdox86_electronic_standards_full_050718.pdf
6) Plan sheets do not have the required space reserved for City approval stamps as specified in the Electronic Plans Submittal Standards. Revise sheets with a blank 4” x 2” (4"x4" on cover) space located 3” off the right sheet edge to allow for the title block. Verify ALL plan sheets have the required space for city approval stamp.
