Work within this area to include the removal and construction of interior nonbearing partition walls, create (4) four new classrooms and (1) one storage room, new drinking fountain, relocation of light fixtures, new acoutsical ceiling grid/tile, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work per the approved plans. This is a fully fire sprinklered building for area increase. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. This is a scope of work permit only and does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any portion of this building. This building already has a Certificate of Occupancy under BLD18-00561. **JHB**
