(FOSSIL - SPACE #1168) 02/20/19 PLAN MODIFCATION TO MODIFY FURNITURE AND FIXTURE LAYOUT WITH COORDINATING ELECTRICAL LOCATIONS. STORAGE RACKS OVER 8’ ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. APPLICANT TO APPLY FOR A SEPARATE RACKING PERMIT. Permit for minor tenant improvements to an existing 1,708 sq. ft. tenant space within a covered mall building. This tenant space was issued a C of O under BLD18-03769 for “Sports Fan Corp DBA Pro Image Sports”. Work to include: new partition walls, new lighting, new doors, new HVAC ductwork and grilles, new ceiling, and new finishes. Finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. NOTE: a separate racking permit is required and a separate sign permit for interior mall signage is required before rack/sign installation. **JHB**

1. The Certificate of Value for Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Sprinkler, and Fire Alarm are blank. Please provide the revised values on form #306 stating an estimated value for these trades. Upload this document into the documents folder. .
2. Sheet M1.1 "Plan Note - 8" specifies a new outdoor condensing unit on the roof. Since this is a new unit we require the applicant to submit for a certificate of zoning compliance for new rooftop mechanical equipment. Please contact Katelyn Menuge at ###-####, kmenuge@cityofboise.org
3. If a new rooftop unit is being proposed: provide engineering and structural calculations for the additional roof load of the equipment.
