This tenant space was issued a C of O under BLD18-03769 for “Sports Fan Corp DBA Pro Image Sports”. Work to include: new partition walls, new lighting, new doors, new HVAC ductwork and grilles, new ceiling, and new finishes. Finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC.
