12/26/18 CAA18-00221 is showing as being applied for, but not approved and has not gone through the appeal period. This will need to be done before the new building permit can be applied for. It is also showing in our system that a demo permit has not been applied for. However, if you are wanting for the demo to be apart on the new construction the demo value will need to be included with the rest of your project value on the application.
