The former tenant was “MWH Americas Inc”. The 1-hr corridor is required to be maintained in compliance with the 2003 IBC. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit.
