SP-01 zoning and setbacks per planning. JJN. SPRINKLERS ARE TO BE PROVIDED, AS NOTED ON SHEETS A0.0 AND A0.1, TO COMPENSATE MINIMUM FIRE FLOW REQUIREMENTS. LGMA letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
