(REVOLUTION 22) CZC19-00012 Permit is for the change of occupancy of an existing building from an office to a church on the main floor and offices/classrooms in the basement level that are classified as part of the assembly occupancy. This building is adding fire sprinklers within the entire building due to the requirements of 2015 IBC section 903.2.1.3 for occupants exceeding 300. Work is to include removal of interior non-bearing walls, new interior nonbearing partitions, new multi-user restrooms, new classrooms, new office space, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work; and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. 3) Last page of structural calculations states "NOT FOR PERMIT." This is required to be removed and affixed with the structural engineers stamp and signature.
