STAN'S GOLF CARS Application for inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a 3,625 sq. ft. existing retail tenant. The existing space consisted of two separate spaces of (4550) 1728 sq. ft. and (4560) 1925 sq. ft. This C of O combines both spaces but for the consideration of number of Exits the spaces can be considered as separate. A 6' wide opening will be the only access between the Tenant spaces. Tenant space (4550) was previously occupied by "Leather and Lace" under BLD04-00648 and tenant space (4560) was previously occupied by “B-Line Signs” under BLD98-01097. The building interior was rebuilt after a fire under BLD03-02790. THIS BUILDING IS NOT SPRINKLERED. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT (except providing a 6' opening between the two spaces). There will be no change to the occupancy. With the minimal opening between the two spaces, the tenant space can be evaluated as two separate spaces keeping the occupant load under 50 per space. Only one Door may be considered the MAIN DOOR and have locking hardware. **BJM**

Provide exit signs as shown on city approved drawings. Fire extinguisher on east side of building needs to be inspected and tagged, last inspection was 2011. Provide sticker on main entry reading "Door to remain unlocked while building is occupied". Designated exit on the east side of tenant space is blocked by golf cart, designated exits need to be clear for egress.
