Permit is to expand an existing child daycare that was permitted under BLD18-02253. The current expansion of the child daycare was approved under conditional use permit CUP18-00056 and exterior modifications to the building under CZC18-00319. Egress is to the outside at grade and a new exterior egress door in the infant room is being added. Work to include: an infant room with new exterior door, new double doors, new half-height doors at each stairway to the existing mezzanine, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2015 IBC. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **JHB**
