Permit is to remodel an existing 1,611 sq. ft. tenant space on the 8th floor that was previously an occupied tenant space created under BLD13-01384. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames and relocate select doors, removal of select millwork, construction of nonbearing walls to create an office, a server room, an interview room, a conference room and a reception/waiting area, select wall infill, select new door/door frames, select new interior windows electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JHB**
