The area the bathroom is being added to was presumably under BLD00-01208. In the scope of work it mentions verifying smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. In the new square footage it adds 480 square feet which is approx. the same amount that the bathroom is to be added into. There were no plans with permit BLD00-01208 for the living space addition that I could find.
